U.S. Air Force tanker contract, take threeGAO sides with Boeing protest, overturns
The Government Accountability Office (GAO) sided heavily with Boeing on their appeal that the Air Force unfairly awarded the KC-X tanker to Northrop Grumman. The announcement was released June 18 in response to Boeing's appeal filed March 11.
