Letters appearing in The Avion do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the University, the staff of The Avion or members of the student body. Letters submitted may be edited for brevity and will be printed provided they are not lewd, obscene or libelous. Letter writers shall confine themselves to less than 800 words and a single topic. All letters must be accompanied by the name of the writer. Names may be withheld (not printed) on request at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief. If no name is provided, the Avion staff will attempt to contact you at the provided e-mail address to obtain it.
While it may not be possible to print every letter submitted to The Avion immediately, every attempt will be made to print the letter eventually as time and space allow.
